The 2004 Takahashi Classic 2-Ball Championship will be played on September 11th & 12th.
$100 Team Entry Fee - Sign-up in the Palatine Hills Pro Shop by Sunday, September 5th.
Entry includes a dinner choice of Strip Steak, BBQ Ribs or Chicken.
We are limited to 50 teams or 25 tee-times. The first teams signed up correctly have priority.

8/25/2004 Message from Del Foster Regarding 2004 Event Entry Requirement.
  
Takahashi Classic Fall Smoker will be held on THURSDAY   September 9th at 7pm at the Palatine Hills Club House.
Supplemental Team entries will be conducted at this event.
A buffet and drinks will be provided.   PHGA Elections will be held at the Smoker.   
  
After the Saturday round, lunch with a full sandwich and beverage, will be provided
to the Takahashi Classic participants in the Palatine Hills Clubhouse.
Select your sandwich choice when you check-in at the PHills Proshop on Saturday morning.   
  
Awards Barbeque will follow the Championship on Sunday September 12th
at the Birchwood Recreation Center.  Arrivals start at 1:30pm. Dinner at 3:30pm.
